By submitting a deposit for a Serenità Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
The deposit secures your spot for the selected retreat dates and is required to confirm your reservation. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All deposits are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness, or changes in travel ability.
Deposits may be transferred to another Serenità Retreat of equal or greater value or to another participant, subject to availability and written approval, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified at booking. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and release of your spot.
Serenità Retreats reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodations, instructors, or experiences due to weather, safety, availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made with the retreat’s overall quality and experience in mind.
In the unlikely event Serenità Retreats cancels the retreat, all payments made (including the deposit) will be refunded in full. Serenità Retreats is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights or personal travel arrangements.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes or cancellations.
